Fabian joined Silverpeak in March 2023 as Senior Associate, bringing with him over seven years’ experience in valuations, M & A and debt advisory.
He has a particular interest in technologically driven business models.
Before joining Silverpeak, Fabian spent three years in valuation at KPMG, Frankfurt and four years in M&A and debt advisory at Argonas Corporate Finance, Berlin,
Whilst at KPMG, Fabian initiated the development of a web-based automated valuation and reporting tool for, which now helps to streamline more standardised company valuations.
His M&A and debt advisory transaction experience at Argonas covered a range of industries, including medical software, enterprise software, autonomous driving, medtech, engineering services and automotive.
Fabian studied in Hamburg and Edinburgh and holds a MSc in Financial Management. In his free time, Fabian tries to go to the gym and enjoys snowboarding in winter.
