Kaleb brings thorough analysis and transaction experience to support Silverpeak’s M&A and financing mandates in the technology sector.
Kaleb is an Analyst at Silverpeak, working across M&A and financing transactions including the sale of ScreenCloud to Tenzing.
He previously completed a placement with the firm before returning in a full-time capacity, and has additional investment banking and private equity experience from Greenhill & Co. and Stellaris Capital Partners respectively.
Kaleb holds a BSc in Finance from Durham University and is FMVA certified through CFI. Outside the office, he enjoys travelling, running, and watching football.
