Anne joined Silverpeak in 2023 as a Senior Vice President bringing more than 9 years of experience advising companies in M&A, public and private capital market transactions as well as acquisition financings with a focus on the technology sector. Anne was promoted to Director – DACH in 2024.
| Prior to joining Silverpeak, Anne focused on the deeptech industry in her role as Vice President in Acuity Advisors’ DACH team. She started her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she spent 5 years in the Large Cap M&A, ECM, DCM and Corporate Banking teams in Frankfurt, Germany. Anne successfully launched and ran a D2C brand focussed on baby products and gained first-hand exit experience, making her a trusted advisor in founder-led M&A processes.
Anne studied at the University of Goettingen and UC Berkeley and holds a Masters degree in International Economics with a focus on Behavioural Economics.
Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with her family, in particular exploring the world with her two daughters and beating her husband at poker. |
