Thatch works with the partnership and wider team to strengthen the firm’s culture and ways of working. She focuses on communication, collaboration and personal development, helping colleagues better understand themselves and the people they work with.
Her background spans roles in professional and corporate environments where her remit evolved well beyond marketing into team building and service delivery. At Broadgate Estates, she helped develop internal culture, wrote and delivered an internal strategic report, and designed training programmes around customer service and high-quality service delivery for on-site teams.
Thatch holds a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of London.
Outside of work, Thatch is a keen gardener and enjoys walking on the South Downs with her husband and their Border Terrier, Daisy.
