Stephen brings board-level leadership across Europe, the US, and Asia, drawing on decades in corporate finance and M&A to support Silverpeak’s global advisory strategy as Non-Executive Chair.
Stephen has held several corporate board positions, including Chair of IP Integration, a London-based software business, and Independent Director and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees of Teleperformance SE, the global customer contact centre group. He is also an Independent Director and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees of Cascadia Capital, a US M&A advisory firm.
Alongside his corporate roles, Stephen is closely involved in the charitable sector. He co-founded and chairs City Harvest London, which reduces food insecurity and waste by redistributing surplus food to those facing food poverty, and he is a Trustee of the Paddington Development Trust.
Stephen holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, with a focus on finance and marketing, and a BA from Colgate University, and has undertaken additional graduate studies in economics at New York University.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys theatre, golf, reading, and spending time with his family.
