As Office Manager, Lois oversees day-to-day firm logistics, coordinates suppliers, supports onboarding and compliance, and ensures the team is fully resourced to operate efficiently.
Lois joined Silverpeak after gaining customer service and administrative experience across several organisations, developing strong coordination and communication capabilities.
She holds a degree in Anthropology from the University of Bristol.
Away from the office, Lois is a keen live-music fan and a regular at festivals.
