At Silverpeak, Kashif works across the human capital management (HCM) and edtech markets, guiding clients through the full deal process – from preparing materials and building financial models to supporting negotiations and closing. His experience includes successful deals such as the sale of Saville Assessment to Tenzing, the divestiture of Sonru to Modern Hire, and the sale of Premier IT to VitalHub.
Before joining Silverpeak, Kashif advised software businesses at Boxington, a specialist M&A advisory firm. He holds an MSc in Corporate Finance and a BSc (Hons) in Investment & Financial Risk Management, both from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School.
Away from the office, Kashif is a passionate car enthusiast – particularly when it comes to classic and high-performance BMWs – and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is currently learning Arabic.
