Hee Li combines analytical depth with a calm, methodical approach, supporting Silverpeak’s clients through every stage of complex technology transactions.
Hee-Li prepares detailed go-to-market materials, builds financial models, and coordinates investor communications and due diligence. He has contributed to transactions across fintech, healthtech, robotics, quantum software and online marketplaces including the sale of ID Quantique to IonQ and financing for 2D Photonics.
Before joining Silverpeak, Hee Li worked as a credit analyst at a fintech start-up, covering European high-yield fixed income. There, he analysed financial performance, built valuation models, and managed a portfolio of telecom and technology companies.
He holds an MSc in Finance & Accounting from Imperial College Business School and a BSc in Accounting & Finance from Warwick Business School. He has also completed the CFA Institute’s Investment Management Certificate and has passed CFA level 1.
Beyond work, Hee Li enjoys badminton, travelling, playing piano at his church and holds a second-degree black belt in taekwondo. He is conversational in Cantonese and has a basic understanding of Japanese.
