Dil has over a decade of experience advising technology businesses on M&A and growth investments. Prior to joining Silverpeak, he worked for Lincoln International advising technology businesses and sponsors across all verticals including B2B SaaS, infrastructure software, cybersecurity, construction tech and others. Before Lincoln, Dil gained M&A and capital markets experience at Houlihan Lokey and HSBC and began his career on the buy-side at Barclays.
Select recent transactions include securing a long-term strategic investment for AG Grid from Adelis Equity, advising JustPark on its sale to FTV Capital and LLR Partners, advising Bridgepoint-backed one.network on its sale to Causeway backed by Five Arrows and supporting Bowmark Capital on its acquisition of Eque2.
Dil holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
Outside of work, he can be found on the tennis courts, skiing or spending time with his family.
