Chris supports technology founders and investors from initial analysis and preparation through to due diligence and buyer negotiations. His thorough, hands-on style ensures seamless deal execution.
Before joining Silverpeak, Chris helped manage sell-side transactions across industrial technology, software and business services, including the sale of machine vision technology specialist TriVision, and the carve-out of e-mail cybersecurity company GBS from DIGITALL. He previously worked at Carlsquare, a partner-owned technology investment bank, at Parklane Capital, focusing on media and technology M&A, as well as at the German private equity fund BPE.
Chris holds an MSc in Finance and Management from the University of St Andrews and a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University.
Outside of work, Chris plays drums, occasionally DJs, and enjoys golf, skiing, and tennis. He is also fluent in German.
