Callum works across B2B software, deeptech and digital services, helping founders navigate complex transactions and achieve standout outcomes.
Callum leads on complex financial modelling, investor engagement and deal execution – from first materials through to close. His recent transaction experience includes the sale of Rotageek to K1 backed Elmo Software and raising $50m+ in capital for mPower Technology and Alloyed across Series B-C rounds.
Before joining Silverpeak, Callum advised global investment banks on digital strategy at Accenture and was an early commercial hire at AI software company Afiniti.
He holds a first-class degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath and is a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
Outside of work, Callum is keen on all sports and often spends weekends running, cycling or at football. He also loves to snowboard in the winter, and spent a season in Canada picking up his instructor qualifications.
