Alex acts as a trusted partner to clients through every stage of a deal, bringing structure, insight and a solution-driven approach to negotiations. His focus areas include human capital management, edtech, digital consulting, governance/risk/compliance (GRC) and healthtech.
Before joining Silverpeak, Alex worked at Boxington, a specialist HCM technology M&A advisory firm, where he led transactions including the carve-out of Saville Assessment to Tenzing and the sale of Premier IT to VitalHub. He began his career at PwC London, gaining broad experience across audit, financial due diligence, and corporate finance.
A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), Alex holds a degree in Global Financial Management from Regent’s University London.
Away from work, he enjoys golf and tennis, and spending time with his young family.
