Thomas plays a central role in driving Silverpeak’s M&A mandates in the software and digital services sectors.
At Silverpeak, Thomas manages processes from the prep phase through to completion, coordinating workstreams and supporting negotiations to deliver the best possible outcomes for management and shareholders. His sector experience covers a number of subsectors including maritime, cybersecurity, employee comms and edtech.
Prior to Silverpeak, Thomas worked at Penfida, a corporate finance advisory firm focussing on large cap corporate transactions across a range of industries.
Thomas graduated from UCL with a Master’s degree in Natural Sciences Majoring in Astrophysics and is a CFA charter holder.
Beyond work, Thomas enjoys skiing, running, and travelling to new destinations with friends and family. He is fluent in Italian.
