Clanwilliam Group is a global healthcare technology provider with an active M&A strategy dating back to 2014.

The acquisition gives Dictate IT access to Clanwilliam Group’s expanding network of healthcare technology businesses. It will invest further in Dictate IT’s solution and extend its reach across new markets.
