- Overall, US and European software company valuations by EV/revenue multiples were largely flat in Q1
- However, Nordic and DACH regions continued the growth seen in 2023 with 19% and 11% increases respectively; conversely US verticals fell by 18%
- Security valuations showed the greatest growth, with industrial and enterprise software sector valuations also increasing, whist fintech saw a slight decline
