Per Arne joined Silverpeak in 2022. He brings three decades of international technology transactions, private equity and management experience.
He has 25 years’ board experience as CEO, Board Member or Chair in technology, software and energy companies and has led over 20 transactions.
His experience spans across various roles:
- Per Arne is also an Operating Partner at EV Private Equity, a technology-focused global energy and impact investor
- He was also part of the founding team of PE fund Progressus
- In 2022 he joined the Board of Nysnø, the Norwegian state’s climate investment company.
Per Arne holds a Master of Science degree in Finance & Strategy from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). He also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He speaks fluent English and Norwegian and some German and Portuguese.
In his free time Per Arne enjoys skiing, running, travelling, design/architecture, literature/music/films. And most of all, to spend time with family and friends.
