Matt joined Silverpeak in 2023 as an Associate. Prior to this, he gained experience in M&A and financial due diligence, working with numerous high growth and technology businesses on private equity and capital market transactions.

Whilst at BDO, Matt founded and led their accelerator service for technology scale-ups.  He has completed many transactions across different sectors and has a special interest in renewables and the energy transition.

Matt trained and qualified as an accountant with PWC.  He read History at the University of Durham, where he first dipped his toes in the entrepreneurial world by establishing a start-up in the Arts.
