Carolina joined Silverpeak in 2021 as an Analyst.  With a degree in biochemistry, she is particularly interested in healthtech.

Prior to Silverpeak Carolina worked with a tech start-up called, Molo, a digital mortgage lender.  She has also done internships at Victoria Beckham PR and Anya Hindmarch, as well as a stint at Queen Mary University Centre for Trauma Sciences where she assisted clinical research aimed at defining the inflammatory response following trauma.

Carolina completed a summer course in finance at Columbia University and developed this further by completing another course in Neuroinvesting at Harvard business school, looking into the field of behavioural economics and the neurological activity that occurs behind financial decision making. Following this she also spent a summer assisting a professor at Imperial College, evaluating the adoption of cryptocurrencies in society and the incentives required to drive Central banks to create their own form of digital currency.

Carolina is a native Italian and speaks fluent Italian and English and she enjoys art and visiting art exhibitions.
