Nick joined Silverpeak in 2022. Managing client mandates, he focuses on digital services and software along with private equity coverage.
Nick has almost 20 years’ M&A experience and 5 years in lending and private equity. Having been on both sides of the fence, he understands the interface between entrepreneurs and investors, and how to navigate the complexities and hurdles. This enables him to deliver constructive advice and create the best value for clients.
His experience before Silverpeak includes:
- Partner at Clearwater and Cavendish
- MD at Equiteq, where he headed the global M&A team in London, Paris, New York, Singapore and Sydney
- Five years as a Principal at the French investment bank, Credit Agricole Indosuez
Nick’s career started at PwC, London, where he gained an ACA before moving into the firm’s corporate finance department to advise clients undergoing transactions or restructurings.
He’s a graduate in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass).
Nick tries to stay fit in the gym and plays tennis with his teenage kids, loves watching rugby and is keen to lose the tag of the ‘least youthful snowboarder on the hill’, and fears the switch to skis is coming!
